For posting websites:
Only the best sites get listed on RateMySite.com but anyone is welcome to submit a site listing as long as it meets the following criteria:
- We only accept established sites with at least 10 posts and more than 4 months old. If you have just started a site then please come back once you meet the criteria.
- No adult material, gambling, religious, hateful or offensive sites.
- No excessive advertising.
- Content must be original – No scraped or copied content.
- Nothing that might be considered illegal.
- Sites can be from anywhere in the world but must be written in English.
- You must be registered with a valid email address. Click here to register.
Basically, just use some common sense, this is a fun site for people to enjoy, if you think people might be upset or offended then please do not submit the site. Please note that all content is moderated and the Rate My Blog team have the final say over publication.
Any site can be submitted, it can be your own site that you want to get some feedback and exposure for, or it could be a great site that you know of and want to share with everyone at Rate My Blog.
For reviewing websites:
- Anyone can rate a site but only registered and authenticated users can post reviews
- If you think a certain site is good or bad, please register with us and tell everybody why
- If you are being critical, try to be constructive – if you think something is not very good then explain how it could be improved
- We do not tolerate offensive language in the reviews posted at RateMySite.com
- You are more than welcome to invite your site readers to submit a review of your site
To maintain a high level of quality, all listings and reviews are moderated before being published. We try moderate all entries within 24hrs, often we can moderate submissions within a few hours, but please be aware that at busy times it may take longer than 24hrs. We hope that you enjoy the site!
